Volunteers are the heart of Helping Hands. Every visit, phone call, or small act of kindness makes a real difference for neighbors who need a little extra support. Whether you can give an hour a week or help at special events, your time and care matter.

Helping Hands connects volunteers with any Elements resident who could use a helping hand. As one of our volunteers, you might deliver a meal, offer companionship, drive someone to an appointment, or assist with light household tasks. Whatever you do, you’ll bring invaluable comfort, connection, and hope to our residents in need.
